Enviros Wilderness School Association (Enviros) respects your privacy and protects your personal information. We follow all relevant legislation. We do not sell, rent, trade or share our mailing lists and use your email address only for the stated purpose for which you shared it with us. If you shared your email address with us to receive information about Enviros, this includes updates on our services, events, fund raising and other promotional uses. If you provided your email address or other personal information to register for an event, make a donation or other transaction, that information will be used to communicate with you regarding that event, donation or transaction and will be added to our general contact list. Financial information that is collected is used only for the transaction for which it was provided. If you provided your email address as part of a job application, it will only be used for confidential communication regarding the job for which you applied.

Privacy and Children

As a social services agency that works with children, it is expected that children may use this website for informational purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information, we will not use the information to contact them or store the information unless we have permission from a legal guardian.

Anti-Spam Legislation

We strive to adhere to Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation and the electronic commercial communication legislation of relevant jurisdictions. If you have provided your email address to us through this website or in any other way, and decide you no longer with to receive informational emails from Enviros, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you received from Enviros or contact us at marketing@enviros.org to have your email address removed from our contact list.

If you provide personal or other information in an email or through a form on this website, this information may be shared with the employees of Enviros who are best able to answer your questions, address issues that you raise or otherwise act on your email.
